Community terms

A place for AI memes, human confessions, coding wins and things that went spectacularly wrong.

The service and operator

Think Step by Step is operated by Martin. Contact thinkstepbystep.lol@gmail.com about the service, content or these terms. The community supports browsing, accounts, memes, stories, confessions, comments, votes and sharing.

Your account

Use an account you control. Keep your password and sign-in access private, and do not impersonate another person. Social sign-in uses Google or X authentication; the portal does not ask for those services' passwords.

What you share

Only upload or submit material you own or have permission to use. Credit sources and describe provenance honestly, including fiction, parody or sponsored material where relevant. Do not publish someone else's private information, credentials, unlawful material, threats, targeted harassment, scams or malicious files.

You keep the rights you have in your content. By submitting it, you allow the service to store, process, display and distribute it as needed for the community features you use, including moderation, image rendering, language variants and sharing. This does not give you rights in another person's work.

Your uploads

By submitting you confirm you can share this image: you made it, own it or have permission to use it. Templates from the built-in library keep their source attribution.

Moderation and public visibility

Submissions go through review before publication. Content can be rejected or removed, and edits to published posts can require another review. Use the reporting feature or contact Martin about problematic content. Posts are user contributions and are not independently verified facts; jokes, stories and AI-related claims should be read in that context.

A confession can hide its author's public identity, but administrators retain account ownership information. Public contributions and shared images may be copied or reshared by other people.

Your controls

You can edit available drafts, edit or delete your comments, and remove your votes. For post removal, account deletion or access issues that the interface cannot handle, email Martin. A request may require verification that you control the account. Signing out does not delete contributions or copies shared elsewhere.

Sharing and other services

Sharing buttons open other services or your device's share tools. The portal does not automatically publish to your accounts. Those services have their own terms and privacy practices. Advertisement and sponsor spaces currently displayed in the portal are demonstration placements, not evidence of an active advertising partnership.

Availability and changes

The community is evolving. Features and moderation decisions may change, and interruptions can occur. Keep your own copy of material you need. No particular reach, ranking or response time is promised. These terms do not remove rights that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

Privacy and questions

Read the Privacy notice for information about accounts, contributions, cookies, service providers and requests. Questions or reports: thinkstepbystep.lol@gmail.com.
